I did not set out to become a founder. I just kept running into the same problems and decided to build something that fixed them for other people too.

I started this because high school students in Ethiopia often have to hunt through scattered groups and low-quality materials just to prepare for national exams. I wanted one place that was clear, structured, and actually useful for Grades 9 to 12.

I do not research a topic then write about it. I already understand the underlying system. Writing becomes the last step, not the first struggle.

When something does not make sense, I do not move on. I take it apart until it does. It is less a method and more a compulsion. I am genuinely uncomfortable leaving things half-understood.

I have spent years reading behavioral psychology — how people absorb information, where attention breaks, what creates trust, what kills it. That reading shapes every structural and word-level decision.

Zero margin for error

When I say I am accurate, I mean it. I am an engineer. I treat the work with the same precision as physics. I have never missed a deadline, and I usually beat them by days.

Content Creator & Science Communicator

The Situation

High school students often struggle to find reliable information and verified resources for national entrance exams, exposing them to scams and low-quality materials scattered across private groups.

What I Did

I am a daily content creator at Qesem Academy and Qesem University. I solved over 3,000 entrance questions, prepared around 2,500 practice questions, and contributed more than 90% of their quiz app content.

The Cost

A lot of sleepless nights during my own exam periods, with the responsibility of thousands of students relying on my content and leaving no room for shortcuts.

What It Built

A trusted, verified archive of step-by-step guides and a quiz app with 99.8% accuracy. The channels became daily study resources for over 95,000 students and counting.

Founder & Community Organizer

The Situation

As a university student in Ethiopia, finding resources, advice, guides, and opportunities is genuinely difficult. Most students only have a rigid class schedule and little connection to real learning needs.

What I Did

Built and cataloged a free digital library from scratch. Gathered over 10,000 educational materials covering every course in Ethiopian higher education, plus time management tips, scholarships, and a space where students can find co-founders.

The Cost

I managed the entire community alone through my own midterms. I refused to run ads or charge access fees. The channel remained free and fully focused on learning.

What It Built

@wisdom_tower1 now has over 25,000 active students, researchers, and young innovators sharing materials and helping each other daily. No barriers, no cost, no ads.

The Situation

We live in a society that depends entirely on technology yet has limited understanding of it. Misconceptions and misinformation are widespread.

What I Did

Write visual explainers. My posts consistently focus on technology, innovation, problem-solving, awareness, and encouraging innovators.

The Cost

It has come at the cost of personal comfort — trading my own time and rest for public communication.

What It Built

Trust, a community that relies on the work, and a sense of direction for innovators and people around me.

Contributions

Numbers are easy to fake online. But mine is a living community: 120,000 students who had a reliable place to study. 3,000 problems that could not have a single wrong answer. 10,000 files that someone had to organize so nobody else would have to search. The work behind the numbers is what I care about.

I work alone well. I stay up trying to solve problems that most people have already given up on for the night. Curiosity about things others do not think to question is probably the most accurate description of how my brain works.

I read a lot — psychology, technology, history of science, behavioral economics — to understand how things work and why people behave the way they do.

What I chose not to doI chose not to operate inside rigid boxes. If the goal is clear, I have a hundred ways to execute it. I do not follow generic templates or check boxes just to look busy. Tell me what we are building, get out of the way, and let me build it.

What keeps me goingA high schooler sending a message at midnight saying my channel saved his exam. An innovator saying they got hope from the work. A stranger talking about it somewhere else. Previous work exceeding expectations and being followed as a standard.
